Terms of service

These terms cover purchases from The Hedge Guys, whether supply only or supplied and installed. Ordering from us means you agree to them.

What we sell

We supply advanced hedging plants, and optionally install them, across South East Queensland and down the east coast to Sydney. Plants are living products: listed heights such as 1.2m to 1.5m are ranges, and individual plants vary naturally within them.

Quotes and plant counts

Online prices are per plant and include GST. Plant counts from our calculators use one plant per metre plus one to close the run; we confirm final plant numbers, access and timing with you before anything is locked in. Nothing is final until we have confirmed it together.

Delivery and installation

We confirm your delivery or install window within one business day of your order. Install timing depends on weather, access and our schedule, and most installs happen within 2 to 4 weeks. For installs you agree to provide reasonable access to the planting area on the day.

Sale pricing

Flash sale and promotional prices apply while displayed on the site and may change or end without notice. The price you pay is the price at checkout.

Our guarantee

Every plant carries our 60 day healthy plant guarantee, described on the guarantee page and in our refund policy. Caring for your hedge after planting, including watering to the care guide, is your responsibility, and the care guide comes with every order.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Website content

We work hard to keep pricing, availability and information on this site accurate, and we correct genuine errors as soon as we find them. Photos of past jobs show real work on real properties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
