Shipping policy

We deliver advanced hedging plants across South East Queensland and down the east coast to Sydney, and for installed orders our crew brings everything on install day.

Delivery areas

We service all of SEQ including Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, plus Northern NSW, the Coffs Coast, Newcastle, the Central Coast and Sydney. Not sure if you are covered? Call or text 0493 728 423 and we will confirm on the spot.

Timing

We confirm your delivery or install window within one business day of your order. Most deliveries and installs happen within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your location, access and our schedule. We agree on the window with you before anything is locked in.

Delivery costs

Delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout from your delivery address, so you see the exact figure before you pay. Installed orders include delivery in the quoted price.

On delivery day

Plants travel upright and are checked before they leave us. If you will not be home, we can leave them in a safe shaded spot you nominate. Water each plant in with 8 to 10 litres as soon as you can after arrival, then follow the care guide that comes with every order.

Damaged in transit

Check your plants on arrival. If anything has been damaged in transit, send photos to 0493 728 423 or info@thehedgeguys.com.au within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement. Every plant is also covered by our 60 day healthy plant guarantee.
