Delivery and installation

Here is exactly what happens after you order, whether we are dropping plants at your driveway or planting the whole hedge.

Delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout from your delivery address, so you see the exact figure before you pay. Installed jobs have delivery built into the quoted price.

After you order

We call or text within one business day to confirm plant numbers, access and timing. Supply-only orders get a delivery window for your suburb. Install orders get a locked install window, usually within 2 to 4 weeks.

Where we deliver

• Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Redlands: our home turf, with regular deliveries every week.
• Northern NSW and the Coffs Coast: regular coastal runs. We will confirm the next one when you order.
• Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast: scheduled runs. Larger orders help us lock a trip in faster.
• Sydney metro: supply and install available, travel stated plainly on your quote.

Delivery day, supply only

Plants arrive hardened off and ready to go, with spacing guidance and the care guide. Have a clear spot for the pots. A 25L Starter plant moves easily by hand; 100L Ultimate stock is a genuine two-person lift, so plan help or ask us about install.

Install day

The crew string-lines the run, prepares the soil, sets spacing, plants with water crystals and slow release fertiliser, sets up a temporary irrigation system, waters everything in deeply and hauls away every pot and offcut. You get a walkthrough of the watering plan before we leave. Most residential installs are done in a single visit.

What we need from you

• Clear access along the fence line and an unlocked side gate on the day.
• A working tap.
• Pets and kids clear of open gates while we work.
• If you know about buried irrigation or services along the run, tell us at quote time.
