Buying living plants online takes trust. Here is ours, in plain English, with no maze of exclusions.

What is covered

Every plant we supply is covered for its first 60 days, whether you chose supply only or supplied and installed. If a plant is not healthy and thriving in that window, we make it right.

How it works

1. Notice something off? Take two photos: one close on the leaves, one of the whole plant.
2. Text them to 0493 728 423 or email info@thehedgeguys.com.au.
3. We respond with a diagnosis, usually the same business day. Most of the time it is a quick watering fix and the plant bounces back within days.
4. If a plant has genuinely failed despite following the care guide, we make it right.

The one thing we ask

Follow the care guide watering schedule for the first 12 weeks. It is one page, it takes minutes a week, and it is the difference between a hedge that establishes and one that struggles. That is the whole condition. No photographic evidence burden, no 14 categories of fine print, no vague definitions designed to dodge a claim.

Why we can offer this

We grow one variety we trust completely, harden every plant off before it leaves, and set installs up properly with prepared soil, correct spacing, water crystals, slow release fertiliser and a temporary irrigation system. When the plants are right and the planting is right, very little goes wrong. The guarantee is easy to offer because we rarely need it.
